Revised registration and cancellation deadlines
• Sept 24 – deadline for normal registration
• Sept 25 – Dec 11 – $50 additional late sign-up fee

Cancellation policy
• Sept 24 – deadline to withdraw for 100% refund
• Sept 25 – Dec 11 – $100 cancellation penalty
• After Dec 12 – file claim with CFAR insurance

$100 of the Initial deposit is non-refundable after September 24.
All payments are non-refundable after December 11, 2020 as we are using these deposits to make scheduled payments and contracted commitments with our travel supplier. Cancellations after this date may file a claim with the CFAR insurance.
YOU MUST BE ACADEMICALLY ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THIS TRIP!
