Registration and cancellation deadlines:
• Sept 10 – deadline for normal registration, 100% refund
• Sept 11 – Dec 17: $100 non-refundable fee, other payments toward trip, refundable
• Dec 17 – January 31: no refunds for money paid to the Band. Please consider purchasing trip insurance for up to $1,450 in case of Travel Company Trip Cancellation, Directors Discretion based on Travel Company Accommodations, on whether space is available.

Cancellation policy:
• Sept 10 – deadline to withdraw for 100% refund
• Sept 11 – Dec 17 – $100 non-refundable deposit, remaining paid balance refundable
• After Dec 17 – non-refundable monies paid through Band. If Travel Insurance was purchased for $1,450, please try to file a claim. If trip is cancelled for reasons listed in Travel Insurance Documents, ONLY those that chose to purchase the Trip Insurance can potentially recover costs.

*If you need to withdraw your student from this once in a lifetime trip before December 17, and request a refund, please send an email to the CRHS Band Booster President: CRHSBandPresidents@gmail.com

Payment Schedules: (adjusted due to the Travel Companies recent insurance changes):

  • Option 1 – Roll Money from past Trips (Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors) $$$ Refund will be paid for balance paid over $1,200 issued by check in the mail. $TBD final trip balance on or before January 31, 2022 for remaining Trip Costs, as determined after Trip Company Discounts. Please consider purchasing the Trip Insurance.
  • Option 2 – 5 payments – please consider purchasing the individual Trip Insurance:
    $100 Deposit                 by September 10, 2021

  • Option 3 – 3 Payments – please consider purchasing the individual Trip Insurance:
    $100 Deposit                       July

$100 of the original deposit is non-refundable after September 10, 2021.
All payments are non-refundable after December 17, 2021. Payments to our Tour Company begin October 1, based on student RSVP and payments. Cancellations after December 17 cannot be refunded through the Band. Individuals may consider filing a claim IF you chose to purchase the trip insurance for $1,450 in advance through Travel Insured International.

***STUDENTS MUST BE ACADEMICALLY ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THIS TRIP! CHAPERONES MUST BE RAPTORED IN AND APPROVED THROUGH THE KATY ISD SYSTEM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STUDENTS.
